should I play as freelancer or right out join a clan ?

No best way it's up to you.

Personally I would freelance a while to see who is who.

Welcome to the server, freelancing is best to start with until you get a feel for things.

Get together 20 mill for a small freighter then, trade till u have enough cash for a fighter, do missions then TAX people lol

Any help on finding the MU SERVER ?

I pressed MONKEY UNIVERSE on the main menu
and now i'm on a screen waiting to be connected to the GLOBAL SERVER.

Am I doing something wrong ?

I have requested MEMBERS-group membership, but its still pending.
